Wisconsin State Senator District 8 Race - WI Senate District 8 Map.
Wisconsin Supreme Court (Vote for 1) THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH RACE
City of Mequon Alderman - District 2 (Vote for 1)
City of Mequon Alderman - District 5 (Vote for 1)
Gierl is the definition of constitutional conservative who has fought hard to protect rights and freedoms. Bach is part of the education establishment.
Village of Thiensville Trustee (Vote for 2)
City of Cedarburg Alderman - District 2 (Vote for 1)
Village of Grafton - Village President (Vote for 1)
Harbeck announced she was pulling out of the race however her name will still appear on the ballot. We need to make sure Delorit is elected who a solid common sense conservative.
Port Washington - District 5
Mequon/Thiensville Board of Education (Vote for 2)
Both Heinzelman and Babakhanov are common sense conservatives who are not "woke" and badly needed on the Mequon/Thiensville Board of Education.
Cedarburg School Board (Vote for 2)
Because of a recent controversy surrounding Scott Sidney he has decided to resign from the school board if elected which means YOU NEED TO VOTE FOR Scott Sidney. If elected the school board will interview and select a NON-WOKE person to serve on the board. Erickson and Kincaide are joined at the hip and endorsed by the Democratic party. Both of their ideologies are way "left" and have indicated they demand the hiring of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director (aka CRT). We cannot let this happen.
Grafton Board of Education (Vote for 3)
Based on references we are confident endorsing Nauta, Walls and Bichler. We are neutral regarding Mallon based on limited information.
Port Washington Board of Education - Village of Saukville (Vote for 1)
Port Washington Board of Education - City of Port Washington (Vote for 1)
Port Washington Board of Education - Town of Port Washington (Vote for 1)
IMPORTANT: Questions 1 and 2 are “binding” referenda, meaning if they pass, the state constitution will be amended to include language as reflected in the questions. The third question is strictly advisory, meaning if the “yes” votes outnumber the “no” votes, nothing changes in our law but state legislature put this question to the voters to get a sense of what citizens think about this issue.
Vote YES for all three questions:
(E) Question 1 - State of Wisconsin Conditions of Release Before Conviction Referendum
“Conditions of release before conviction. Shall section 8 (2) of article I of the constitution be amended to allow a court to impose on an accused person being released before conviction conditions that are designed to protect the community from serious harm?”
Explanation - This is about whether or not a judge can consider “serious harm” (public safety) when setting conditions of bail. Under current law, judges can only consider conditions that prevent the risk of death or potentially life-threatening injury. For example, a pedophile awaiting trial currently can’t be prevented from going to a playground as a condition of bail, because that condition (banning the pedophile from playgrounds) isn’t really necessary to prevent a risk of injury potentially resulting in death. It would just be preventing sexual assault.
(E) Question 2 - State of Wisconsin Cash Bail Before Conviction Referendum
“Cash bail before conviction. Shall section 8 (2) of article I of the constitution be amended to allow a court to impose cash bail on a person accused of a violent crime based on the totality of the circumstances, including the accused’s previous convictions for a violent crime, the probability that the accused will fail to appear, the need to protect the community from serious harm and prevent witness intimidation, and potential affirmative defenses?”
Explanation - This deals with whether a judge can consider the “totality of the circumstances” when setting cash bail for violent crimes. Currently in Wisconsin a judge is limited to a single factor (flight risk) when setting cash bail. This question allows a judge to look at additional factors (past criminal convictions, serious harm, etc.) when setting cash bail for violent crimes.
(E) Question 3 - State of Wisconsin Welfare Benefits Referendum - Question 3
"Shall able-bodied, childless adults be required to look for work in order to receive taxpayer-funded welfare benefits?”
