We believe our government has crossed the line by mandating how we will live our lives and what our morals should be under the guise of "protecting" the people. It's OK to protect the people, but never at the expense of violating our Constitutional Rights. You can see this with attempts to eliminate our right to keep and bears arms, implementation of mask and vaccine mandates, disregard of voting laws, racists "woke" doctrines, increased tax burdens, and the censorship of narratives that do not support government agendas.
"Government's first duty is to protect the people, not run their lives"

There will be two very important Wisconsin State Constitutional referendums appearing on the April 2 ballot. Both are election-related and if you are in favor of cleaning up our election process in Wisconsin, a “YES” vote is required.
Question 1 - Prohibits any level of government in the state from applying or accepting non-governmental funds or equipment for election administration.
A "yes" vote supports this amendment to prohibit any level of government in the state from applying or accepting non-governmental funds or equipment for election administration.
Question 1 would amend the Wisconsin Constitution to add a section to Article III to prohibit any level of government in the state from applying or accepting non-governmental funds or equipment for election administration.
Result - WIN: 54.4% - Yes and 45.6% No
Question 2 - Provides that only election officials designated by law may administer elections.
A "yes" vote supports this amendment to provide that only election officials designated by law may administer elections. Question 2 would add a new section to Article III of the state constitution that states that no one other than an election official authorized by law may help conduct any election in the state.
Result WIN: 58.6% Yes and 41.4% No
Both of these referendums are in response to what happened in Wisconsin in 2020 with "Zuckerbucks" impacting our elections in primarily the top five populated cities. These "Zuckerbucks" triggered a number of illegal practices to rear their ugly head in that election. Drop boxes, GOTV campaigns run by local elections officials, and bringing paid guns from outside the state to administer elections in conflict with existing laws.
