Wisconsin Election Integrity Updates

September 6 Update

Other than the Hearings held at the Capitol shortly after the 2020 Presidential Election (click here - (539) LIVE: Wisconsin Election Fraud Public Hearing 12/11/20 - YouTube), citizens were finally given a voice regarding the appointment of a new Administrator of Elections after nearly 3 years of silence before the Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection on Tuesday, August 29th.

For a full recording of the 4-hour Informational Hearing, please visit the Wisconsin Eye website, which is free, and an account is required to view the video, which is also free (click here -Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection - WisconsinEye (wiseye.org)).

27 election integrity supporters from across the great State of Wisconsin spoke in favor of appointing a new Administrator of Elections, while only 4-5 individuals spoke in favor of reappointing the current Administrator of Elections including a liberal progressive member of the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

Thank you Republican Senate Leadership and Chairman Knodl (R-Germantown) for scheduling the Informational Hearing and for giving the, "We the People", a voice while following your constitutional oath-of-office responsibilities and State Statute 15.61 (click here - Wisconsin Legislature: 15.61) that clearly lays out what the process is to appoint an Administrator of Elections.

Please consider sending a "thank you" email, letter, phone call or an in-person visit to the Senate Republican Leadership Team, the Republican Senators on the Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection and your Senator for passing SR 3, scheduling an Informational Hearing on appointing a new Administrator of Elections and scheduling a Floor Vote during the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session to remove the current Administrator of Elections as follows:

  • Senate President Kapenga (R-Delafield) - click      here - https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/legislator/2023/2422

It only takes 5-10 minutes to send an email to these Senators and know that each Office keeps track of all of their communications, especially something as high-profile as this.

While you're at it, please also remind the Senators to pass the proof of US Citizenship to vote and banning Zuckerberg Constitutional Amendments with a Joint Resolution to be voted on during the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session.  Then we can vote on the constitutional amendments in the April 2024 statewide election.

What's the Next Step for Wisconsin Voters to Prepare for the 2024 Election Cycle

Appointing a new Administrator of Elections is a Level 1 Priority to make sure Wisconsin's 10 Electoral College Votes are legally, constitutionally, ethically and morally certified for the legal winner of the Presidential Election.

The main takeaways from Tuesday's Senate Hearing are as follows involving the appointment of Administrator of Elections:

  • The Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection may make a recommendation to Senate Leadership for a full Senate vote on their position involving the Administrator of Elections for the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session.
  • The Senate Leadership can schedule a vote on the Administrator of Elections without the recommendation of the Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection during the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session.
  • The Senate and Assembly Leadership can schedule the impeachment process for the removal of the Administrator of Elections per Wisconsin State Statute 17.06 and 17.07 (click here - Wisconsin Legislature: 17.06).
  • When the Senate Leadership schedules a floor vote      during the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session, to remove the      Administrator of Elections, then a "vacancy' for that position will      have been created.
  • The Wisconsin Election Commission shall appoint a new      Administrator of Elections and submit the appointment for Senate      confirmation, no later than 45 days after the date of the      "vacancy".
  • If the Wisconsin Election Commission has not      appointed a new Administrator of Elections at the end of the 45-day      period, then the Joint Committee on Legislative Organization shall appoint      an interim Administrator of Elections to serve until a new Administrator      of Elections has been confirmed by the Senate but for a term of no longer      than one year.
  • If the Administrator of Elections position remains      vacant at the end of the one-year period, the process for filling the      vacancy described in Statute 15.61, is repeated until the vacancy if      filled.
  • Of course, the democrats will sue the Wisconsin      voters via the Republican Senate for simply following the law and State      Statute 15.61.
  • The Senate nor the Joint Committee on Legislation      Organization does not need a signature from the Governor's Office to      appoint a new Administrator of Elections.

Please do everything you can this coming week to contact your Senator and those Senators that are in a position to schedule a Floor Vote on removing the current Administrator of Elections during the September 12-21, 2023, Floor Session.

2 Election Integrity Quick Hits

Major victory in Waukesha County Circuit Court on September 5th where a law-and-order judge again ruled that the Wisconsin Elections Commission must follow election law eliminate the use of illegal voter registration forms that asked for the registrant's race and political party affiliation (click here - Judge blocks Wisconsin officials from using federal voter registration form | WLUK (fox11online.com)).

The Wisconsin Elections Commission is holding a Zoom Meeting on Thursday, September 7th, 10:00 A.M.  To join the Zoom Meeting, register to speak and to see the Agenda, click here - Open Session Sept.7.2023.2 -FINAL REVISED.pdf (wi.gov).

It's go-time for election integrity supporters all across Wisconsin to immediately get engaged to stop the craziness and return election integrity to Wisconsin with the first step being a new Administrator of Elections.

So many election integrity supporters showed up early to the Press Conference on the west side of the Capitol and then packed out the Senate Hearing Room to testify (click here - Election deniers reair false claims at public hearing over Wisconsin's top elections official's future | Wisconsin Public Radio (wpr.org)).

Great people who are "all in" on election integrity for all voters in Wisconsin

Thank you for your diligence and commitment to get it right in Wisconsin.

Best regards,
